 David Martin formed St. Martin Homes in 2010 and is the owner and Chief Executive of the company. David has nearly a decade of experience in residential led development, initially working his way up through St George Plc, one of London's leading sustainable mixed use developers, then joining Drivers Jonas, a private surveying practice founded in 1725, as an Associate Partner before starting his own development firm focusing on sustainable new homes with character built on previously developed land.
